I ordered a wall decoration on Jan.18.
I received a confirmation email stating shipping date would be Jan 23. It never arrived, nor was I notified. I went on the site and saw they changed the shipping date to Jan. 30.
Again, nothing arrived. I went online again and saw they changed the date yet again, this time to Feb 4. Again,no notification. I called and the woman was "shocked" I wasn't notified.
She apologized, "guaranteed" me it would ship Feb 4 and said she would give me a 10% discount. I told her I'd give them another week. No shipment today, Feb 4. I did the same drill and noted a new ship date of Feb 6.
Also, there had been no credit issued to my account.I called, received another "guarantee," and told them where they could put it.
